Ducks In A Row

>> Wednesday, February 3, 2010

So now that all of our ducks are in a row, I can finally share one of my particularly awesome good news items.

We're buying a townhome.

Most of you didn't even know we were looking, ah but we were and found a lovely place to call home.

We put in our 30 days at Married Student Housing and we're on our way to the joys of being a home owner.

I love the location, how its older and how it just feels so right. We know we could have gone new, but thats just not who we are and that above is Angie and Ryan in so many ways.

After the joys of MSH can you blame us for being ready for this next step?

CONGRATULATIONS!

That's awesome. Go 8000 tax credit, right?! You have to post or send me pictures of the inside ASAP. It looks awesome. So I assume this means you're staying in Salt Lake?? Josh and I have been looking, but nothing really sticks out yet. We might end up going new yet, especially if the tax credit expires before we find anything we love...:) We (meaning Josh, his dad and my dad) could do a lot of it ourselves, and we know people well who could do a lot of the other stuff, so it almost seems more economical at times. But that's us, and yours is so super cute and I am so excited for you!!

Hooray! I'm so very excited for you - that's the best news ever! I can't wait to come and see it.

P.S. I never knew you had a personal blog - I should check it out more often. I like it!

Congratulations Angie & Ryan! That is really exciting news! It looks really cute! I love brick homes with trees! Now, you have less than a month to pack up your apartment, move & clean both the new and old place! Congratulations once again for your palace! There is a great feeling to knowing that it really is your own home and if you want that wall shocking pink you can go for it (Other than having your spouse destroy that thought! .... and not that I have ever had any desire for any shocking pink room or decor! It is just knowing that you can do it if you want to!) It is also nice to be able to put a nail in the exact place you want without risking the landlord saying absolutely not!
